1. I don’t see the size that I need, can you make a custom canopies?
Yes. We can adjust height, length or width. from 6x6 canopies to 40x60 canopies.

2. How many legs on the canopies?
8x8 = 4 Legs
10x10 = 4 Legs
10x16 = 6 Legs
10x20 = 8 Legs
18x20 = 8 Legs
12x30 = 10 Legs
18x30 = 10 Legs
18x40 = 14 Legs
20x20 = 8 Legs
20x30 = 10 Legs
20x40 = 14 Legs
*Leg length and interval can be adjusted on outdoor canopies upon request.

3. I live in a windy area, what can I do to secure my pole canopy"?
We suggest getting foot pads(see accessories page)with all the outdoor canopies. Foot pads attach to the bottom of each leg. There are three holes on the bottom plate of each foot pad which enable you to drive a canopy stake(see our accessories page) or concrete screws to secure it to most surfaces.
*note: our pop up tents have built in foot pads and come with canopy stakes

4. What tarp cuts out most of the light and is the coolest?
Our silver canopy tarps, because the silver is made with a black mesh inside of the material. The silver does not allow any light to pass through. Our white, Red Green, orange and yellow tarps are translucent. Light (not U.V. rays) will pass through. You will get the natural light. Our shade screen/mesh tarps has 73% shade protection and does allow water to pass through.

5. Do you have canvas?
Yes. We have high quality canvas that can be purchased upon request.

6. I received a 12x20 Tarp for my 10x20 canopy. Is this correct?
Yes. You need 12x20 size because of the peak on the canopy. You need an extra 2 feet in order to fit over the top.

7. How long will it take me to assemble the canopy?
Here is an APPROXIMATION of how long each one of our canopies takes to put together:
8x8 (One person) = 12 minutes
10x10(One person) = 15 minutes
10x16(One person) = 20 minutes
10x20(One person) = 20 Minutes
12x20(One Person) = 20 minutes
14x20(One person) = 20 minutes
18x20(One person) = 25 minutes
20x40(two people) = 30 minutes

8. Are there screws or fasteners on the canopies?
No. Our outdoor canopy poles slide into the fittings. The frame is also held tight by ball bungees every 18 inches

9. How does my foldable canopy pop up?
Gently bounce and pull the "V" of the frame outward and make it spread out. Our Instant pop up tents have a push pin, which pops into place each time you raise the canopy another notch.

10. Are your pop up tents or canopies rated for wind or snow loads?
No. We cannot guarantee against any type of weather related incidents. We recommend that each leg of the canopy be secured down via our foot pads & canopy stakes. And if you are in a really windy area, bungee cords with hooks which all can be seen on our Accessories page

The canopy tarp I received is 3 to 4 inches less on each side... what is a "Cut Size".
The cut size is the industry’s standard way to measure. I.E. a 10x20 can be a (Approx.) 9’8"x19’10". Do not worry, the tarp will still fit the canopy.

11. What is the top cover made of?
Our outdoor canopies are made with Heavy Duty U.V. Protected Tarps which is a type of plastic.
Our Pop Up Tents are made with a high quality fire retardant polyester.
Our shade canopies are made with a heavy duty nylon woven mesh screen, which cuts out U.V. Rays.

12. How is the canopy tarp top cover attached on the outdoor canopies?
The top cover for the pole canopies are attached by ball bungees. The bungee cord goes through the grommet(metal hole) and ties to the frame. There are grommets every 18" around the whole perimeter of the tarp canopy cover to assure a snug fit

How can I make a canopy stable in the wind? Some tips for windy conditions and canopies:
1) Foot pads are a must. Foot pads hold the legs to the ground. The foot pad has 3 holes that can have canopy stakes driven through it for dirt or concrete screws for pavement.
2) Mesh side walls also help the canopy with windy conditions. The mesh tarp side walls invites the wind in but defuses it’s power.
3) If there are severe winds it is highly advisable to take the canopy down. A tarp canopy is no match for mother nature.

13. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes.
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package of the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

14. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder’s contact details if there’s any( in China or Hong Kong )

15. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

16. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client’s choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

17. How can we become your sole distributor?
If you can sell our products USD100,000 to USD400,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD500,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in your country.

18. How can we get your monthly new products announcement?

I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter only, we don’t accept retail order.

19. Do you offer Quantity Discounts?
Yes, we do offer discount on large orders, we work on cost + overhead expenses, if your company like to place large orders we will negotiate or recheck price for our raw materials and try to reduce our materials and production cost. We will pass that benefit to your company.

20. What’s your OEM Procedure?
1)Technical drawing process: 3 - 5 days after order confirmed.
2)Molding process: 25 - 30 days after drawing approved.
3)Delivery time: 30 - 45 days depending on quantity.

21. What are your payment terms?
Payment will be required by L/C. Or, 30% down payment in advance and balance 7days prior to shipment.

22. Is the documents of China Form A and Certificate of Origin available?
Yes,we can supply these documents upon your request.
